Rouses in New Orleans

Superb market indeed. Very neat, great staff, items were excellent!!I love shopping with them.

Very kind workers, anticipated my every need including cashiers having a fork when I forgot to get chopsticks for my sushi. Bakery staff was also excellent in checking in with me as I eyed the cake. Grocery line only had 2 people/line, so checkout was fairly quick. This was 10pm and I thought the workers were excellent.

Very nice store. You can get fine wine and liquor at reasonable prices in addition to groceries. The deli was impressive and you can buy bulk grains and mixes.

Fresh food, Clean environment, great employees, great selections fully stocked

Fresh products. Helpful staff. Best place for Keto snacks and products.

The way a grocery store should be with small items available in front with King Cakes and holiday items. Great friendly staff and plenty of checkout lines, there is almost no wait on a weekend and plenty to find that is all about New Orleans!

Quality products at decent price. Quick , courteous efficient service at check out. Location is convenient for visitors staying at hotels nearby

Selling expired chorizo salami, produce always out of very basic items, no paper bags - only plastic. Happens all the time.

A really nice local supermarket, similar to Harris Teaters. Great range of food and drink available, excellent fresh food and flowers. Good wine selection. Great deli.

For a downtown grocery this was a pleasant surprise. Nice variety and well stocked. Pretty busy, better have rested feet. Nearly every cashier was working but tlines were still long.

I love the CBD Rouses. Carol, MichaelPatrick, Trenella and Torie are always friendly and helpful. I buy myself a bouquet of fresh flowers every 2 weeks from the floral lady. And the selection of cold single beers makes for a relaxing morning read of the paper while people watching. My thanks to everyone who has worked during this trying times.

If you are visiting from out of town and are looking for a good grocery market. They have lots of stuff as well as some things that are hard to find at places like CVS etc. I always have a hard time finding my NOS energy drinks. Roses usually has it. They just happen to be out of original flavor this time but understandable since it is hard to find here as is. Great market though.

Staff is so helpful always & have smiles on their faces. They are all masked, have gloves on & are cleaning all baskets. I love this store

New Orleans grocery store with all of your NOLA favorite foods and locally made products, great fresh seafood, produce, bakery and deli selection. This store has a frozen yogurt bar. Great prices and nice selection of beers and liquors

Nice place with lot of options with friendly employees. You can buy groceries and also get something to eat with very reasonable price. I didn't gave last star only for the kind of dirty walls in cafeteria and Restrooms.

Food Nasty. They better prepared in past. Take the chef sign down in window. If I see improvement will change review. I’m checking everyday.

Love the barrone st Rouse's. Parking is never a problem and they have everything.

Everyone is always nice and friendly, the store is always clean fresh good fruit.

Excellent selection and variety. Not too far from Canal St. and our hotel. Has a very nice cooked foods section and they even cook eggs in the morning right there for you.

Rouses had everything l wanted. The products were fresh and clean. I left with some great products.

Great selections here but there is no parking. Otherwise that is really the only downside to shopping here

Definitely a well priced, fully stocked supermarket with a good variety. The location is easy access and there's parking!

In town for a few days and hopped in here to grab a few things. Loved the store. The quality of the items seems to be above par. The layout is a little funky but seafood at the back was great. The product fruit was fresh and very well priced. All and all loved the place

Do you want an amazing, loaded, fresh made burrito or taco salad? Then run, don't walk, to visit Lashanda, where she will not only build you a custom masterpiece - she'll do so with expertise and and a wonderful smile. Check out Aaron when you check out at check out. If courteous and personalized service is what makes Rouses rock, then Aaron is the band's lead singer. Thank you, Aaron for leaving such a great impression. We will be back. We always come back. And you can be assured that ALL ofour fellow crew members will know about Rouses (I'm sure they already do. Went into the bakery to select a birthday cake & while they do not have a book of cakes to choose from, my experience was fast, friendly & fun! All I would do is go in & select one of there premium cakes! I KNOW where I'm getting ALL my cakes from now on!!!

Pretty good supermarket in downtown New Orleans. They do sell a good number of hot packaged meats and hotplate type meals you can grab. Multilevel parking garage and a good number of items sold. I didnt see the tonic water after a few laps, but will ask next time. I also noticed a new kind of gts kombucha today. I will enjoy drinking this black chai kombucha. Thank You

Disappointment on the prepared cold food section. Was great now not so. The portions of the wrap sizes are worse than ever. Some locations have better selection than othera. Produce seems to be way off of sticking fresh looking . cant keep enough sale items on hand

I cannot overstate what a terrific experience we had with Rouses Market and their concierge service. We live out of state but needed something delivered for a family member and the individual we worked with went out of her way to help us out. I only wish we had a Rouses Market in our city. Thank you for the terrific service and for going above and beyond to facilitate our delivery!

Pretty well stocked but I like the garage parking the best, especially when it is raining and when hot outside.

I was in need of a fruit salad, and found one at a good price. The bakery section looked amazing, and I liked the seating section outside the store. I also thought the employees were very professional.

Clean, easy in and easy out. While I wouldn't do all of my grocery shopping here (mostly because carrying them back is not convenient or easy), it's nice to have this store within walking distance of my home. It's not as big as some of their other locations bit definitely has all the essentials.

I had an Amazing experience today. I told an employee that I had dislocated my shoulder, and I needed help putting my groceries in two bags rather than one. Well, she spoke with her manager and carried my groceries home for me. This Rouses is on Baronne St. I will shop there always.

I like my local Rouses. I give the store 5 stars. Everyone is friendly but there’s this one lady in the meat department. She has a stick up her you know what! Makes me not want to ever buy meat from there.My fiancé and I both had an unpleasant encounters with her. I thought it was just because I’m Asian and everyone seem to be scared of me at the moment, but she’s equally rude to everyone. 😢

Good, solid grocery store with excellent variety. The produce is fresh, the deli & bakery selections are wide. Canned goods and "regular" pantry foods are offered at a broad choice of brands and prices. Bulk bin offerings are very good. Best recommendation: firemen from several stations shop there.

Rouses with a seemingly more old school feeling. Small store overall. We did find many odd/rarer ingredients that you may not expect to find in a small store like this. I’ve never done an official price comparison but this one is much cheaper than the Rouses in the quarter if your visiting and staying in the area.

I love this location. The staff is super friendly. The shelves are always stocked. My favorite part of this location is the hot food area. There is always different options and it’s made fresh daily. And it’s decently priced so you can walk to get yummy for for lunch. One of the best locations.

The best! Always has whatever I'm looking for.

This place is better than Kroger (Ralph's), but not as refined as Publix.
